you should play more spell burst instead of sunken hope and its 3UU casting cost

Royalty, you just suggested replacing something that costs 3UU once and 2UU every time you use it to counter something OR bounce a permanent in exchange for a card that costs 4U to counter a 1cc spell..how is this a good choice?

I like the deck, but I would maindeck some Mobilizations. The win conditions seems a bit iffy to me, especially if you don't draw a Rule of Law.
