Hello, all.
I'm pretty new to using GO, so please forgive me if I've missed something. I downloaded the client and made a deck up. I've been logging onto the server regularly, but nobody seems to ever be on. Is it 81.69.120.113:3000 that I should be connecting to?
If it's just that there's never anyone on, is there any easy way to find people to play casual games with?
Thanks,
Rathje |

Well, the project is kinda in beta mode still, but considering there haven't been any bugs reported the last few weeks, it might be time to start using GO for minis also, wich should increase it's popularity.
Other than that, you might find someone in the main channel of #magic-league... even though that is supposed to be for MWS only, im sure the ops will allow for it |

Yeah that's the same problem i'm seeing. I log in from time to time only to find out there's nobody on again
I really like GO but without opponents it's hard to use it... |

It's good to hear people like it, it motivates me to keep working on it.
One major "todo item" is obviously Drafting and I've already started work on this. Perhaps when it's done, it'll give a large boost to the use of the program.
After 1.0 is released I will look for a rental server on the AMS IX with a linux server and some advertisement on every mtg forum in existence, people should come to know about the program even more.
Untill then, it's a matter of time I guess, keep in mind it also took MWS a little less than a year to become as popular as it is today. |

I finally got to try out a game yesterday. The client worked wonderfully. I'm now in the process of forcing my Magic playing friends to get it.
Oh, and I look forward to the Draft addition. That'll be very enjoyable. |

Good to know we have people spreading the word!
The draft feature is gonna own btw.
(if we had some printruns and knowing how to interpret them, it would be even greater) |
