I have had some decent games testing this, but something tells me that this deck could definatly be improved... And I come to you fellow M-Lers to get some help on this.

// Deck file for Magic Workstation (http://www.magicworkstation.com)
// NAME: Untitled Deck

// Lands
2 [DIS] Ghost Quarter
4 [GP] Stomping Ground
1 [10E] Ghitu Encampment
2 [10E] Treetop Village
4 [10E] Karplusan Forest
5 [10E] Forest (1)
4 [10E] Mountain (1)

// Creatures
3 [FUT] Tarmogoyf
4 [PLC] Sulfur Elemental
4 [10E] Troll Ascetic
4 [GP] Giant Solifuge
4 [8E] Birds of Paradise

// Spells
4 [RAV] Life from the Loam
3 [TSB] Call of the Herd
4 [10E] Seismic Assault
4 [10E] Incinerate
4 [RAV] Char

// Sideboard
SB: 3 [10E] Pithing Needle
SB: 3 [TSP] Krosan Grip
SB: 2 [TSB] Tormod's Crypt
SB: 3 [FUT] Magus of the Moon
SB: 4 [8E] Gaea's Herald

Now, what I've been doin that is kinda bad ass is playing Life from the Loam turn 2, then dredging it turn 3, hopefully getting different card types from it. While playing Goyf that turn, a potential 3/4 is a good thing!

Plz, give constructive critism and feedback!

It might hurt your aggro matchups a bit, but if you're going to use the Life from the Loam engine, you may want to try Horizon Canopy. I haven't tested your deck, but Canopy can serve as a major card-draw engine as well as six more damage from Assault.

Here is the list I made today. Tell me how it is!

5 [TSP] Mountain
1 [TSB] Pendelhaven
1 [TSP] Forest
1 [ON] Plains
4 [FUT] Horizon Canopy
4 [GP] Stomping Ground
4 [6E] Karplusan Forest
4 [UL] Treetop Village
-
4 [RAV] Loxodon Hierarch
4 [RAV] Birds of Paradise
4 [MR] Troll Ascetic
4 [FUT] Tarmogoyf
-
4 [RAV] Lightning Helix
4 [PLC] Boom/Bust
4 [7E] Seismic Assault
4 [RAV] Life from the Loam
4 [FUT] Edge of Autumn

Tarmogoyf actually feels like the weakest slot in the deck.

Although I can't think of many sideboard cards for this deck. I don't see when I'd use many of these:

Tormod's Crypt
Stormbind
Pithing Needle
Krosan Grip
Sulfur Elemental
Calciderm
Rumbling Slum
Bottle Gnomes
