Hey, I'm playing PTQ Valencia tomorrow and I'll play with UGwr Shifter...this list I made is something like:

But I know something is missing...the meta is like 50% Teachings UBw, and 50% other decks...
So help me Shocked

The white adds a 2 of in the main boards and 3 of an sb card that you don't need if the meta really is 50% teachings teferi. I say cut white and go with the traditional UGr shifter. Consistancy wins tournaments. Personally I don't know how good the shifter matchup vs teachings is, but if it's not highly optimal, you should bring something that is.

First, if you are going to face all that "ub teachings", try mwonvuli acid moss, it is great against urborg and storage lands.

Second, if ure going to play white, try temporal isolation instead of utopia vow, cause it's plain better in every aspect.

I would cut the snapbacks and the vensers or the spectral force (I havent played them in shifter, so I dunno which one is better) and put 4 mwonvuli.

The fourth chronicler isnt neccesary, I would change the utopia vows and the 4º chronicler for 3 temporal isolation. And you play a lot of hate against mono red (moat, penumbra, even willbender) if ur meta is 50% ub teaching i would try to tune the maindeck against it, and the sideboard agains the rest of the meta, if there are lots of monored then its ok, cause the moat its good against monoblack (the worst pairing i think) but maybe dodecapod its better.
