Mangara of Corondor and Momentary Blink

If I tap Mangara of Corondor, can I put his ability on the stack, then Blink him out and still remove a permanent from the game, then have Mangara return from the Blink?

Yes, Because removing him is not part of the cost.

you can also have a scryb ranger out then tap him,return a forest to untap him, let that resolve then tap him again, then blink him to make some retarded stuff happen...good removal in block Smile
