So obviously this deck isn't tier 1, but I wanted to see what other people thought about it:

//Name
Red Deck Wins

// Lands
3 [ON] Bloodstained Mire
4 [ON] Wooded Foothills
2 [GP] Stomping Ground
3 [OD] Barbarian Ring
4 [MR] Great Furnace
6 [CHK] Mountain (4)

// Spells
4 [MR] Pyrite Spellbomb
4 [9E] Shock
4 [OD] Firebolt
4 [CHK] Lava Spike
4 [FD] Magma Jet
4 [TSP] Sudden Shock
3 [MR] Shrapnel Blast
3 [SC] Sulfuric Vortex
4 [TSP] Rift Bolt
4 [8E] Ensnaring Bridge

// Sideboard
SB: 3 [TSP] Ancient Grudge
SB: 4 [9E] Pyroclasm
SB: 3 [SC] Pyrostatic Pillar
SB: 2 [MR] Slith Firewalker
SB: 3 [TSP] Krosan Grip

I started this deck with just burn, then remembered MC_kejml's article Burning Bridges Reloaded and added in the Ensnaring Bridges. This deck splashes green for Ancient Grudge and Krosan grip.

Sideboard:
Ancient Grudge is used versus Affinity and No-Stic. Krosan Grip is obviously perfect for No-Stic, and to defeat Sphere of Law, that bane of red decks. Pyrostatic Pillar for combo, because, as MC so deftly put it, 'You have little chance of winning this one; bridges are useless, and you probably won’t get enough burn to finish them off quickly enough.' Done. Pyroclasm for BDW, goblins, anything with small creatures. Slith is the only proactive card in the sideboard, used against control decks. I'd like a 3rd Slith, but not sure exactly what to cut.

Spells:
Pyrite Spellbomb - this adds to Shrapnel Blast, kills Silver Knights and Soltari Priests, and gets through a Sphere of Law. It's also the weakest spell, which makes sideboarding easy.

Sulfuric Vortex - your pseudo creature. Makes sure your opponent's health keeps going down even if you just draw lands.

Magma Jet - Once you've got 3 lands, start casting this during your upkeep and scry to make sure you don't draw any more.

Shrapnel Blast - the reason Great Furnaces are used. It also transforms Pyrite Spellbomb into Shock + Lightning Bolt. There are only 3 because it's a dead card if you don't have any artifacts in play.

Ensnaring Bridge - this card stops the beats. Drop your hand and you won't have to worry about critters.

Lava Spike/ Rift Bolt - 3 damage for one R. Enough said.

Sudden Shock - stops Ravager, Wild Mongrel, Psychatog, Putrid Imp, even Sakura-Tribe Elder.

Firebolt - The game is usually over by the time you can pay the flashback cost, but it's there in case you need it.

Shock - The standard unit of red damage. It's an instant so you can respond to Orim's Chant on upkeep, but I might change this for a Volcanic Hammer.

Barbarian Ring - Not a spell, but it gets through a scepter lock to win the game.

***

Anyway, this deck can win matches on MWSPlay (which isn't saying much I'll admit), and I thought I'd post it for comments. Hooray!

Seal of Fire > Shock

And splashing white for helix and disenchant seems much more appealing then splashing green for grip and grudge.

Yuo obviously don´t know what is a deck defined by " Red Deck Wins". This is not Red Deck Wins , so don´t call it like that. This is a sort of Monored Burning Bridge with random cards like shock and some cards that u have there.

This is a build I have from the 2004-2005 Extended season, before the rotation.

// Lands
4 [MM] Rishadan Port
4 [TE] Wasteland
4 [ON] Bloodstained Mire
4 [ON] Wooded Foothills
8 [CHK] Mountain (1)

// Creatures
4 [TO] Grim Lavamancer
4 [TE] Jackal Pup
4 [TE] Mogg Fanatic
4 [ON] Blistering Firecat

// Spells
4 [OD] Firebolt
4 [FD] Magma Jet
4 [NE] Seal of Fire
4 [TE] Cursed Scroll
4 [7E] Pillage

// Sideboard
SB: 2 [MM] Blood Oath
SB: 4 [7E] Ensnaring Bridge
SB: 3 [PS] Flametongue Kavu
SB: 3 [SC] Sulfuric Vortex
SB: 3 [NE] Tangle Wire

Obviously this deck will almost return back to its original form when Mogg Fanatic returns in 10th, with only Jackal Pup being the only non-land card not being in the format in some form.

There is no decent replacement for several of the cards though (Wasteland, Rishadan Port, Tangle Wire in the sideboard). However, unless you go for the Boros version, I'd suggest going this way:

Lands:
4 Bloodstained Mire
4 Wooded Foothills
4 Barbarian Ring
4 Stomping Ground
8 Mountains

Creatures:
4 Grim Lavamancer
4 Slith Firewalker
4 Kird Ape
4 Magus of the Scroll

Spells:
4 Rift Bolt
4 Firebolt
4 Seal of Fire
4 Lava Dart
4 Sudden Shock

Sideboard:
3 Flametongue Kavu
4 Ancient Grudge
2 Fledgling Dragon
3 Pyrostatic Pillar
3 Ensnaring Bridge

One of the big advantages RDW had was the LD package, and while I didn't put it in, you can substitute things out to fit in 4 Pillage and 4 Molten Rain.

3 Mana for a burn spell is too much in Extended. You need cheap burn to clear the way for your creatures. And there is nothing you can't kill with firebolt & grim lavamancer.

But I'd add 4 Blood knights in that list. Take out Magus.
