| How do spells that target each creature interact with creatures that can't be the target of spells or abilities. eg can pyroclasm kill silhana ledge-walker |

spells that target creatures can't target ledgewalker so it fizzles or they are forced to target another creature that's on the field.
pyroclasm doesn't target anything so it kills ledgewalker. |

| There is not one spell in MTG that targets all creatures. They are either global effects (WoG, Plague Wind, Pyroclasm) or have multiple targets (Seeds of Strength, Swelter). In the case of Seeds of Strength, if one of its targets becomes an invalid target, the spell will resolve as normal due to its wording, but if one of Swelter's target becomes illegal, it would fizzle. This is the same for creatures with protection from a given color. Ex: A Black Knight is in play and Wrath of God is played, the Knight dies because it isn't targeted. |

There are spells that can "target each creature" - Radiate is one.
Having said that, I agree with everything else Thorns mentioned. |

Radiate will only target each creature if there are as many creatures or less in play than the spell's effect can handle. |

| This question came about after I trigered that tibor and lumia's ability (whenever you play a red spell tibor and lumia does 1 damage to each creature without flying). I was told that such and effect targets each creature seperately and therefore it could not kill my friends silhana ledgewalker. Is this right? |

No, it's a global effect. Like a mini-pyroclasm. Ledgewalker bites the dust. |

| If a card means target the card says target. Choose and each do not a target make. |
