Might I suggest replacing Fireball withe either Invoke the Firemind or Urza's Rage. Firemind will let you either kill or draw a ridiculous amount of cards, and rage I think is better then demonfire or fireball as a wish target since it's uncounterable period, no need to empty your hand which sometimes takes a while. You should be able to get some hits in with yoru creatures and there manabase should punish them as well.

You should try to include a few more artifact lands into the deck, Seat of the Synod and Great Furnace so you naturally have more things to pitch with TFK. Also if you had all artifact lands your titan's would never hurt you. And damn man up Shivan Reef to 4, that's an order.

Lapsus is as i recall the french name for Memory Lapse. It's quite famous in the Netherlands for 'Lap' means 'tough luck'.
