Okay, I figured it out. Here's a fixed/simplified version of Cyphers explanion.

1. Tap the 5 Plains and 4 Islands for 15 white mana and 4 blue mana.
2. Play Griffin Guide on Firemaw Kavu with 3 white mana (12,4)
2. Play Fool's Demise on Goblin Skycutter with 4 white mana and 1 blue mana (8,3)
3. Sacrifice Goblin Skycutter to deal 2 damage to the flying Kavu. Fool's Demise returns itself to your hand and Goblin returns to play.
4. Use Fool's Demise on Firemaw Kavu with 4 white, 1 blue. (4,2)
5. Use Tolarian Sentinel, discarding Magus of the Disk, (4,1) to return the Griffin Guide attacked to Firemaw Kavu to your hand (making him 4/2 again already taking 2 damage) and then Kavu dies, killing a Spider and then returns to play due to Fool's Demise and deal 2 to itself when it comes into play, killing the spider token when it leaves play.
6. Play Griffin Guide (1,1) on Goblin Skycutter, and sacrifice him to kill Sprite Noble, making a 2/2 White Griffin with +2/+2 from the Gauntlets.
7. Kill the Bees with the Sorcerer.
8. Unmorph Vesuvan using your last two remaining mana, targeting the Griffin, making the Shapeshifter a 2/2 white flying Griffin with +2/+2 from the gauntlets.
9. Discard the Fool's Demise to play Snapback for free targetting the remaining Spider.
10. Attack with the Shapeshifter for 4 flying.

Place Fools demise on Kavu UWWWW

Flip shapeshifter becming Kavu UW

Target kavu deal 4 to 1 spider

it comes back and deals 2 to itself and 4 to spider token

Gobo kills spirit noble

Timmy kills bees

Bounce the aspect U

Play griffens guide on Shapeshifter WWW
Snap back the other spider with magus

Thats how its done

Swing for 6 with flying on the Shapeshifter

possible interactions

use tolarian's ability to bounce kavu dealing 4 damage

use griffin guide on cutter in order to create
2/2 flying creature

sooo....

Shapeshifter copies Cutter
Cutter sacs to kill Noble Sprite
Sorcerer pings Bee
Sentinel bounces kavu to ping one of
the Spiders for 4 making a 2/4 token
sac cutter twice with help of Fool's Demise
to finish off Spider
Snap Back remaining spider
at this time you should have two 2/2 flyers
from Griffin Guide
Swing for the win

This is just the rough draft. I haven't
worked out the mana usage yet or if this
solution is even feasable.

Back to the drawing board.

Vesuvan is already in play, so morphing it targetting the Kavu won't give itself it's come into play ability.

everybody agree, the token can't be the kill, the prodigal can't be it, the tolarian can't be it and the kavu either... it must be a creature already in play and one that won't leave play.

the goblin or the vesuvan...

goblin enchanted with griffin guide while fly blocker
or unmorphing vesuvan to copy the griffin token and be a 4/4 flying...

in the vesuvan case, he must not be used before kill

that's exactly what i was about to post...

Tolarian Sentinel returns Griffin Guide to hand, discarding Magus. -- 4W, U
This kills Kavu. Stack triggers such that Kavu deals damage resolves before Fool's Demise return does. Kill a spider.
Kavu returns and kills itself. Its leaves play toasts the token spider.
Griffin Guide on Goblin Skyhunter -- W, U
Goblin Skyhunter shoots down Sprite Noble, produces a Griffin.
Tim shoots down bees.
Snapback, discarding Fool's Demise to bounce a spider.
Vesuvan Shapeshifter copies Griffin and swings for the win.

I did it differently.

15W, 4U
Fool's Demise on Goblin Skyhunter -- 11W, 3U
Sac Skyhunter and kill Sprite returning Fool's Demise to hand.
Play Fool's Demise on Kavu -- 7W, 2U
Sac Skyhunter again and kill Kavu targeting Spider and have Kavu kill itself killing token.
Tap Timmy to kill Bees.
Play Snapback on Spider and play Griffin Guide on Sentinel -- 3W, 1U
Swing with for 3 damage with Sentinels. (Burn for 4.)
Have Shapeshifter copy Timmy and deal last damage.
