The deck is alright, but your mana base isnt. Dual lands exist. Change it like so:
-16 non fetch lands
+4 fetches (2 more of each)
+4 taiga
+4 plateau
+4 savannah
[say screw wasteland i guess. I ran 22 land with this deck, but thats just me. I played something very similar]

And -4 scepter, +4 cursed scroll - you only have 8 instants.
Also, bolt >>>>>> helix, so go -4 helix, +4 bolt.

The SB needs a lot of work too... you have NOTHING against combo, which is a big problem for this deck. Run REB, pyrostatic pillar, pithing needle, whatever. Its a huge weakness for the deck. Maybe pyroclasm for more answers to gobbos that keep your dudes alive.

Its solid though. MAYBE consider savannah lions over lavamancer, but thats just a personal pick.

Jesus, land grant is not better than four additional lands. IT doesnt fetch plateau, and sometimes you dont want to show your opponent how much burn you actually have. I prefer magma jet to chain lightning, but thats just me. Scrying can speed you up a LOT. Also, consider goblin legionnaire? Its really insane.

this deck scoops to iggy g1 and after they bring in echoing truth for your pillars you're not much better off. if i were you id play a combo deck or one with counters at least. legacy is way too powerful.

Because Iggy Pop is such an ungodly good deck. =/

Drop the Savannah Lions for Gob Legionnaires. Also, Solifuge and Baloth are terrible SB options. Another REB, and maybe some Tormod's Crypts would help.

Yea. noncombo, non-blue decks cant do well in legacy. Are you serious? Affinity, Goblins, Rifter, Pikula, Truffle Shuffle, B/r sui, angel stompy, no decent results there...

Plus, like grah said, iggy pop is nowhere near all its cracked up to be.
