When I was searching for an idea for a rogue deck, I fund a very cool card, Epicenter! This card is like an Armageddon in red and a very good combo with Terravore. So, I decided to do my rogue deck with this combo.
Firstly, when I build a deck I always respect those laws when I decide to add a card.
1 copy: This card is here just because it’s good in the deck, it’s not important for the deck’s synergy and we don’t want more than one in a game.
2 copies: These cards are good in the deck, but it’s poor in specific matchup. These cards can participate in the deck’s synergy, but they need to be not essential, because if they’re useless in a match you will sideboard these cards.
3 copies: These cards are important in the deck’s synergy, but it’s not always good to have more then one in your hand.
4 copies: These cards are essential in the deck’s synergy, it’s not bad to have more then one in your hand and they show the type of deck you play.
Manabase:
One word; ouch!
10 fetch lands: Boost Terravore, add card in graveyard, empty your library of lands and help the Manabase.
2 Temple Garden, 1 Sacred Foundry and 1 Stomping ground: Useful with fetch lands and useful to get white mana.
4 Forest and 4 Mountain: I don’t have to explain why.
Total: 22 lands
Creatures:
4 bird of paradise: Mana acceleration, help the Manabase, can block and useful after an Epicenter.
4 Werebear: Mana acceleration, kill condition and useful after an Epicenter
4 Nimble Mongoose: Kill condition and useful versus destroy creature
4 Terravore: The ultimate kill condition
2 Krosan Beast: Kill condition
Total: 18 Creatures
Spells:
4 Epicenter: The base of the deck
4 Stone Rain: Classic destroy land
4 pillage: Very good destroy land
2 Crack the Earth: Very good destroy land, minimum +1 to Terravore, +2 cards in the graveyard, but not good in certain matchup, example; affinity.
Total: 14 destroy land
2 Trinisphere: Participles with the deck strategy
4 Condemn: Protect from dangerous creature like Exalted Angel and other big creature with small casting cost
Total: 20 spells
Sideboard: (Random a little bit)
3 Ghostly Prison; Good vs aggro deck or deck who kill with more then one creature
3 Naturalize; Good vs No-stick and deck who run big enchantment or artifact
3 Kataki, War's Wage; Specialy vs affinity
3 Circle protection: red; Good vs aggro with Red Obviously
3 Choke; Good vs control blue
Game strategies:
The concept is easy, slowing up your opponent while you’re casting big creature with a cheap casting cost. Do an Epicenter and with bird, Werebear you or cheap casting cost you will recoup faster then your opponent.
Matchup:
Tooth and nail:
I don’t need to talk about this matchup, because it’s just ridiculous
Affinity:
Don’t waste Condemn and Pillage on random creatures and wait for Flying! Your creature will be able to block non-flying creatures.
-2 Trinisphere
-2 Crack the Earth
+3 Kataki, War's Wage
+1 Ghostly Prison
No-stick/Control:
Very hard matchup, but possible. Just play to srew all counterspell and try to play Epicenter and condemn on Exalted angel.
-2 Trinisphere
-4 Stone Rain
+3 Choke
+3 Naturalize
Ichorid:
Just try to control Manabase and condemn Ichorid, Terravore will be amazing in this matchup
-2 Crack the Earth
-1 Trinisphere
+3 Ghostly Prison |

Plus points for your detailed deck analysis It definitely looks and feels rogue, I'll try it out and see how it goes!
In the meantime you might want to playtest it more and maybe fine-tune it more. |

| if you board out trinisphere against almost anything, then why don't you just cut them altogether? |

| I'm not that into extended, but if you do side out trinisphere so much, I would put it in board. |

| you should play vinelasher kudzu in this kind of deck. it is really good with land d and fetchlands which you run both of. not sure if its really that good or im just imagining things and were bear / mongoose are better choices. |
