In case you mean when 3+ players are involved, let me explain.
Player A's island is annexed by Player B.
Player C annexes that same island.
End result: Player B steals Island from Player A, then Player C steals the same land from B.
Clarified? |

| Basically to make it simple, whoever played the "newest" annex gains control based on the timestamps of the enchantments. |

| Timestamp is used whenever multiple continuous effects try to do mutually exclusive things. The most recent continuous effect overrides previous ones. |

You can't Annex Annex. Annex reads "Enchant land".
LMAO that's Annex 3 times in a row! |

| Permanents you own, means only the cards that are actually your cards, so no you wouldn't get his land back. |

| No, annex targets once. It never double checks to reset itself each turn. |
