I need help building a wizard Creature feature deck for a tourney on sunday. Any ideas?
deck must be 60 cards, 20 wizards, and legacy legal. |

I don't know if you watched coverage of the invitational, but there was a wizard deck as one of the auction decks. I think it may have been vintage, but it would seem to be a solid start.

I would take Shadowmage Infiltrator and Dark Confidant over Grim Lavamancer and Patron Wizard, throwing in some equipment for when the time comes to beat the opponent's face in, but that's just me.
EDIT -- Wow, that sucks. Your deck takes a huge hit from having to be mono-blue. |

that would be pretty kewl except:
1) Grim Lavamancer isn't the best wizard anymore
2) He's RED
3) You have no ways to put that many cards in your graveyard

cant you just gatherer wizard, throw in like 22 to 24 island, 20 wizards, 4 force, 4 brainstorm, 4 counterspell/remand, maybe 4 AK?
