When are Additional Costs paid

Stifle DOES NOT do anything to Fiery Conclusion. Anyone saying it does is 100% wrong.

Until WotC prints a card saying counter target cost, you can't counter the saccing part of Fiery Conclusion. Its like countering a mana cost, which is obviously impossible.

To the moron who asked how to draft a SSS and a Char, since the are obv. in diff sets, he could open both. Razz

If they were both Rav, that would be a diff story... and totally ridiculous.
