Was browsing mtgsalvation and was looking at the card:

Hibernation's End 4G
Enchantment
Cumulative upkeep 1
Whenever you pay Hibernation's End's cumulative upkeep, you may search your library for a creature card with a converted mana cost equal to the number of age counters on Hibernation's End and put it into play. If you do, shuffle your library.

Do you think this card will be a dominant force in the new standard?

go!

P.S. Karplusan Strider looks cool too

I think it is an insanely interesting card. With the right combination of creatures, it could definitely be great.

I think it will be great regardless, actually. It let's you pump out at least 5 creatures for 1 card. It makes sure you don't run out of gas, and it can help turn the tide when you're behind.

Imagine this card in 5 color. It would be a lot of fun.

I disagree very strongly. You get a free creature every turn for a lousy 1,2,3,4,5 mana. That's an extra card of your choice every turn for at least 5 turns. How many aggro decks are going to be able to match your creature for 5 straight turns, not to mention other cards you can play with spare mana and the cards you'll be able to stockpile while exhausting Hibernation's End.

I think this card is just fantastic as 2 or 3-of in midrange decks. Also, control decks will frequently be tapping out on turn 5 for Tidings. Rather than sneaking in a mere 1 creature while they're tapped out, you can play this card and guarantee at least 5 men that they can't counter.

This is far and away my favorite card from Coldsnap, and that is saying something as I've probably swung with Ophidian more times than 99% of magic players.
