For one... Your deck has no goal. The only thing it does is casting spells. Secondly, you should not play cards only once in your deck without a viable tutor for them.

Try upping the important spells to 4, and remove the asser authority... It costs way too much.

Looks like the kind of build I played 6 years ago, when i started playing and still didn't know half the rules. By the looks of it, you made this "build" with paper cards you owned, because there's no way you can make something that, sorry, bad, in Apprentice or MWS, not when you have every possile card. Obviously, these comments don't really matter if you're playing this in your casual circle, but you can definately make this better.
Pyroclasm is much better than Bloodfire Kavu(experience speeking here). Try finding Earthquake to replace the Fireballs and maybe Lightning Bolts for the Hammers and/or Shocks.

Here's a Legacy deck I used to play when Landstill was heavily played (I'll change it some since some of the choices like MD Blood Moons and stifles were savage meta-hate and you won't need them). It really is the pinpoint example of what your deck is trying to do.
--Lands
4x Volcanic Island
13x Island
2x Flooded Strand
3x Mountain
1x Thawing Glaciers
--1cc
3x Grim Lavamancer
4x Lightning Bolt
--2cc
4x Counterspell
4x Fire/Ice
--3cc
2x Capsize
4x Ophidian
3x Forbid
2x Vedalken Shackles
--4cc
2x Nevinyrral's Disk
3x Fact or Fiction
--5cc
4x Force of Will
2x Morphling

Like I said I changed it a little just to make it more relevant but you get the idea. Basically you control the board with the burn and counter important spells. Grim Lavamancer makes for some recurring burn to help keep the board clear and to help you save the counters for more important things. Once Ophidian swings and starts drawing cards you quickly find yourself with the game in a chokehold. Ophidian + Forbid is basically a lock once you get it going. This deck is seriously fun the play it's a damn shame it's not viable in Legacy anymore as I was fairly successful with it and it was unlike anything else being played at the time but sadly it can't handle todays super aggro decks. It should house the hell out of your casual circle but I doubt you have all the cards so here's a budget version that should be fun an fairly affordable.

16x Islands
5x Mountain
2x Thawing Glaciers
4x Lightning Bolts
3x Grim Lavamancer
4x Counterspells
3x Arcane Denial
3x Fire/Ice
4x Ophidian
3x Forbid
2x Vedalken Shackles
3x Fact or Fiction
2x Nevinyrral's Disk
3x Frentic Efreet
2x Capsize
1x Rainbow Efreet

Other then the Grim Lavamancers all the cards in the deck are gonna be cheap (maybe 2-3$ a peice at most). Tons of fun.
