I'd replace Isamaru and Scion for sure. Scion is good with your other cards, but sucks on it's own, and you can be sure your opponent will be packing removal for your other creatures often making scion 1/1. Pyroclasm will kill all your tokens and leave a 1/1 scion that has been 2 dmg, effectively destroying your side of the board for 2 mana. Also, Isamaru is good... but better fitted to a beatdown deck, where your deck is more concerned with locking down with glare and swinging with a huge husk. You don't need cheap weenies in that case, as any creatures you have can tap your opponent's creatures down and glare and swing for dmg. I'd add 4 sakura tribe elder for certain.. giving you a fix for your mana and triggering promise of bunrei when you sacrifice him at your own leisure. Greater good is better in a focused deck that uses it to sacrifice the kamigawa dragons to a better effect. In your deck I'd take it out, as often all you will have is 1/1 creatures and won't be able to reap the benefits of playing it. You aren't playing enough maindeck creatures to ensure fists will always be playable, and you can't really count on your opponent dropping creatures for you to play it on as many decks in the format play very few creatures. You definitely don't want to be dropping it on your opponents magnivore because you don't have any creatures out as a 10/10 creature can be hard enough to deal with, let alone if it tramples. Also, if you try to drop it on your own creature and your opponent responds by killing the creature before the fists resolved, then you are setting yourself up to get two for one'd. I'd try replacing these with supply/demand. Supply gives you X 1/1 saprolings for WGX, and if you add a single island to search for with tribe elder, your birds also supporting, you should will often be able to use it as demand to go find a copy of glare. Kami of ancient law is another card that I would try to include a few copies of, as you can target your promise with it to sacrifice itself, which will trigger the promise and net you four 1/1 spirits. The added benefit of having an answer to an opponents problem enchantments: Glare, Good, Knell, Annex, Arena, etc.. gives you all the more reason to include a couple copies main. I'd like to see scatter the seeds work in T2, as instant creatures can act as a Might of Oaks with your husk and also come out of nowhere on your opponents turn to give you tappers to lock down his creatures/signets eot or at start of combat with glare in play. I don't think four is the right number however, as they will often clutter your hand as 5 mana is kinda expensive.. even with convoke. 2-3 is probably a better number to test with, but you will see how good they are for you as you playtest and can change the numbers accordingly. You might find that they just sit in your hand most of the time and drop them completely. I'm torn on whether or not you should play Jitte.. as it often just dominates games. I'm not sure if it is necessary to your game plan, and will be a less optimal card against a control deck packing creature removal and counters in abundance. With four in the deck however, you are opening yourself up to sucky draws that include multiple copies of jitte and promise and/or glare with no creature in sight. I might try relagating them to your sideboard and bringing them in if your opponent has Jitte, or a more creature focused strategy that is lacking removal. Having Jitte in the board would probably be better, as your opponent will have to decide whether or not to bring in artifact removal game 2 and you may just stay Jitteless.. although most artifact kill played in t2 will never be dead: putrefy - kill creature, demolish - kill land, seed spark - kill enchantment, etc.. The only match where I see it making much difference is against Gruul, whether they decide to bring in Tin Street Hooligans or not. A 2/1 with no special abilities vs you is going to be alot better for you if they replace anything else in their deck for it. I'd probably increase the number mortify and as well. Arena and Confidant is bad for you: if your opponent starts drawing extra cards early, you will have a difficult time keeping up. I'd leave putrefy at 2 copies, giving you an answer for opposing jittes and regenerators, also something you can search for with demand. Mortify, on the other hand is something you may not have time to search for with demand.. you really want to be able to kill arena as soon as it hits, because it will severely cripple your chances of winning when your opponent is outdrawing you. Killing glare and greater good is pretty key too. I'd probably add a couple of woodelves as well. 1/1 for 3 is shitty, but being able to get a dual land like temple, tomb, or breeding pool is the main reason to include it and it gives you an additional creature to sac to husk or trigger promise, or tap a creature/artifact, or convoke out a scatter. Because of that, I'd play it over farseek. The other reason that I'd add all the mana fixers to your deck, is that with glare, you really want to play multiple copies of city tree in your deck. Your opponent may be able to deal with your creatures, but if they can't kill your lands, then you will always be able to rebuild. More copies will help ensure you draw one. Finally, a couple sensei's divining tops will help you smooth your draws and give a chance to find your key spells when combined with the shuffling after elder and woodelves. With a slight change to the mana base, here are the suggested changes to the main:

4 Nantuko Husk
4 Birds of Paradise
4 Sakura-Tribe Elder
4 Promise of Bunrei
4 Mortify
3 Glare of Subdual
3 Kami of Ancient Law
2 Wood Elves
2 Supply/Demand
2 Scatter the Seeds
2 Putrefy
2 Sensei's Diving Top

3 Vitu-Ghazi, the City Tree
3 Selesnya Sanctuary
1 Island
1 Breeding Pool
4 Overgrown Tomb
4 Temple Garden
2 Llanowar Wastes
2 Tendo, Ice Bridge
2 Forest
1 Swamp
1 Plains

I won't go any further than this. Your own testing will decide what cards you want to include in the board. I might suggest including Loxodon Heirarch for beatdown strategies, as the 4/4 and the four life can often make a gruul mage cry.. but the rest is up to you. These changes are merely a suggestion, and you may want to try them all at once or a couple cards at time. Either way, have fun and happy husking.
