i just wanted to see the few opinions people have of running jitte or not running jitte in ghost husk.
honestly, i think it gets in the way of the deck. By this i mean you are taking out cards that are essential to the deck just for a card everyone uses. i mean i know it's an amazing card, but imo i would not run jitte in ghost husk.

4x Jitte in the Sideboard. It's not worth taking up slots maindeck...

At least that's my opinion.

If you're afraid of jitte, run needle in the board. This has several arguments:

Needle is good in many matchups
If you draw 1 needle and they draw 2 jitte, you smile
There are many good needle targets in the bw mirror, and there are many ways of keeping counters off jitte.

I don't think you need to worry about jitte at all. In bw mirrors, I don't board needle in.

I'd have to agree with above, definitely a Sideboard card at least. when fighting another creature based deck, the player with a jitte on board is ALWAYS in the lead. Id consider playing it main, but if the slots are limited then I guess SB.

I think 3 jitte is optimal in the maindeck. The first reason being that it can just win games out of nowhere. Secondly, if an opponent gets jitte counters, and you dont have an overwhelming board position, husk turns into teh suck

Perhaps this discussion needs a little more than "sb 3/4" or "not at all" or "it's teh winzor". I like to take a look at it from all angles, especially since I'll be piloting husker at regionals '06.
On a side note, the card can be pronounced in any number of ways, especially because most players in America don't speak Japanese. The two ways I know of include じて, which is translated to JeeTay, and じゅて, which is pronounces JuTay.
No Jitte - There are several great cards that replace the control effect of Jitte from Plagued Rusulka to Mortify that, more than likely, are mainboard. The life gain (though not often used) can be seen in Ghost Council. The pump is, however, lost to the rest of the deck except for Husk. The numerous effects of Jitte are already included in most deck builds on the main. No reason to even think about it.
SB Jitte - As mentioned earlier, all the bases are covered except one. Jitte destroys Jitte or races Zoo/Gruul/Heazy Street. Jitte is an amazing card in these matchups and, with Paladin en Vec or Descendant, there's really not much other agro decks can 2 for 1 in these conditions. SB in against agro and you're tilting that % in your favor.
Jitte on the Main - This is my style, and I like it. I think Jitte by itself increases the likelyhood of getting that effect you need. With Jitte on the main, you can as likely sit on only 2 creatures in the field w/ Jitte and hold that card advantage. No more need to overcommit with Husk in play. Don't like Wildfire/Pyroclasm? Just get those counters early and survive those critical sorceries. Unfortunately, Jitte eats a Spell Snare game 1 against UX(Y) control game 1 and there isn't much else in the deck that can get hit by Snare.
In conclusion... Go for it. Do what you want. Regionals is a matchup of player vs. player, not deck vs. deck. Playtest your build against anything and everything so you know how to deal with many positions. If you can't get that leg up game 1, try Jitte on the main and see if it fits you. Jitte in Husker is mostly redundancy (which in this case is good) so there is no need for the card. If you were talking about R/G agro, everything would be different.
