|
|
| I believe that searing med will own at regionals. It owns aggro and alot of control its only real problem is owl and maybe combo. after board i think that i wont have to worry about combo but i have to figure out a way to get past owl( thats if its even going to be played). With all the utility that searing med has it will blow away any aggro deck and ill just sit there playing off searing against control decks. I've been thinking about this for a while and i think im going to barrow my freinds searing med to play at regionals. I think searing med will be unexpected and will stomp at regionals. What do u guys think does searing med have a chance to win regionals? |

| I would love to see that deck with Rain of Gore in play...that would be quite a sight. |

in my opinion, the way that Searing Meditation works is that it combines a couple cards to assemble mediocrity. Similar to Heartbeat, which combines a couple cards to assemble a kill.
and I think... against a little under half of your opponents, you'll have a bad match-up. Against the other half, maybe you'll have a good match-up, but... if you build your deck such that it depends on Searing Meditation, then you'll fail to assemble your strategy a decent amount of the time.
Your sideboard should probably include Sacred Ground, Peace of Mind, and maybe Blood Moon. |

Another naysayer here.
You lose vs anything combo and anything control. Plus, without med, you are just abd R/W burn. |

| I think a w/u/r angel deck that had meditation randomly shoved in it would be better than a deck built around meditation |

| assuming you wish to build around searing med the w/r hondens should be in your deck at 2 copies each |

CUT sensei top. That card is only worth it with a good amount of shuffle affects, without them you’re looking at the same 2 cards all night long.
4 PoM is overkill. I’d say 2, 3 tops. (Also incase you haven’t play tested enough this card destroys owl single handedly. If you worrying about owl this card trumps it. IMO its the #1 owl killer card, but none of that matters cause no one is with half a brain is going to play owl again, it was a 1 time thing.)
You should play four wraths. Wraths are all or nothing, its 0 or 4.
You should play hondens. |
