Best approach for U/B aggro?

I see a lot of combo (or sadly, mill) decks with U/B, but aggro is more my style. Which cards should be guaranteed in my deck? Also, the damage will be mostly from fliers, correct?

Hypnotic Specter, Nezumi Shortfang, Persecute

together with Boomerang, Zur's Weirding

and Last Gasp / Sickening Shoal

will provide a good basic, i think.
