This is a deck I built from scratch and tested, but I want some outside input. If it's already been done, don't bother to let me know, I don't care. For card suggestions, please make them critically and not assholish...
Without further ado, here's the deck.

Land-21
4 Karplusan Forest
4 Stomping Ground
4 Overgrown Tomb
4 Mountain
5 Swamp

Creatures-21
4 Ravenous Rats
4 Scab-Clan Mauler
4 Gobhobbler Rats
2 Mindslicer
3 Dread Slag
4 Rumbling Slum

Spells-18
3 Seal of Doom
4 Seal of Fire
4 Wrecking Ball
3 Cackling Flames
4 Sensei's Divining Top

Sideboard-15(obviously)
2 Mindslicer
4 Cranial Extraction
3 Leyline of the Void
3 Lyzolda, the Blood Witch
3 Indrik Stomphowler

I know, some of my choices are terrible, most notably the Ravenous Rats. I'm looking for something to replace it with.

Some of the not-so-obvious card choices, I can easily explain.
Blood Crypt isn't in there for money constraints and concern for my life. If I left Blood Crypt, I take too much damage from my lands. Teh suxorz.
Wrecking Ball over Putrefy?! Porque? Because Wrecking Ball always has a target, and it's never a dead draw when you're trying to maintain Hellbent with Dread Slag and Gobhobbler Rats.
Rumbling Slum and Dread Slag are good to top off a curve. This deck is more mid game, so please treat it as such?

add more green so you can run more forests so you can run kird apes, cackling flames is sub-par, as is dread slag in this deck. will you ever use wrecking ball against a land? probably not, drop it for some cheaper removal (CHAR), and 4 SDT are just using up slots.

Wrecking Ball is randomly good when an opponent is color-screwed, or against Vitu-Ghazi. Gobhobbler Rats are efficient, and Seal of Doom is removal I don't have to keep in my hand.

Many of your card choices are really sub par. Dread Slag is just plain awful in most situations, and Gobhobbler rats are not a very good 2 drop. Hellbent is not a great mechanic to base a deck around, it is better to have creatures that are good without hellbent but get better with it. Rumbling Slum isn't even that good, Scab clan mauler is no good when you don't have away to deal them damage on turn 2, and Mindslicer is not good either. You could have made some much better creature choices. Putrefy is always better than Wrecking Ball and Char is always better than Cackling Flames, your deck could use some work.
