i dont really believe in tier 1/ tier 2 right now..
theres really jus
The Better stuff
and then
The decent stuff
and then
the crappy random stuff
A lot of decks out there fall into the top two categories but all the decks usually can still pull wins out so how can you truly tier them if there are no "Dominant" decks..
this isnt TnN/Affinity days where there was only 2-3 tier 1 and then the rest, |

| where does eminent domain fall on your list? i think the format is diverse that its very, very difficult to set a tier 1/2 list that even one person will agree with you. |
