after playing ghost dad at a ptq and going 3-4 i honestly think its to over hyped. The card advantage is nice, but most of the time there is nothing to use it with. The only reason i like it over husk is the main deck shining shoal, cause that card is the nuts!.

I actualy think that B/W hand is better then both decks. After playing in tournies around the league and in my home area, ive done the best with it. Husk is realy good against aggro decks, but if you run into a match your not prepaired for, your gonna loose. Hand also has more card draw, so your threats come out faster.

Try something like this

// Lands
5 [7E] Swamp (1)
6 [7E] Plains (1)
4 [AP] Caves of Koilos
1 [CHK] Eiganjo Castle
1 [CHK] Shizo, Death's Storehouse
2 [GP] Orzhov Basilica
4 [GP] Godless Shrine

// Creatures
4 [EX] Paladin en-Vec
3 [GP] Ghost Council of Orzhova
4 [RAV] Dark Confidant
4 [SOK] Hand of Cruelty
2 [SOK] Descendant of Kiyomaro
4 [SOK] Hand of Honor

// Spells
2 [AP] Phyrexian Arena
3 [BOK] Umezawa's Jitte
4 [GP] Castigate
4 [GP] Mortify
3 [RAV] Last Gasp

// Sideboard
SB: 1 [SOK] Descendant of Kiyomaro
SB: 1 [BOK] Umezawa's Jitte
SB: 1 [RAV] Last Gasp
SB: 2 [7E] Persecute
SB: 2 [BOK] Terashi's Grasp
SB: 2 [PS] Slay
SB: 2 [SOK] Pithing Needle
SB: 2 [SOK] Death Denied
SB: 2 [VI] Nekrataal

(yeah i know this is basicly a photo copy of the deck from the grand prix in japan, but this i think is the best list)

Ghostdad is bad because its best matchup is stomping ground aggro which most teams dont even run.If they do the odds of you playing them are 1/3 . Husk>ghostdad

I'm not real familiar with the team meta, but i do know this, if you expect to see gruul alot run dad, husk is good but it loses to gruul's creature burn and bigger than 2/2 blockers/attackers. gruul will probably run pyroclasm in the sb, and that will get rid of all your fodder and then iot's just gruuls solid beats vs your now weeniefied husks.
