pretty fun. should run a couble more lands though at least 22, maybe more since u sac some. maybe should find some good 2 drop creature also, u have a couble 1s then it jumps to 3s. i would think ud need a turn 2 creature to keep the pressure on.

You might believe Avatar is good, you might even be willing to put up with the tempo loss. But trust me the day you topdeck it, you'll swear to never play it again.
Oh and to the guy who syas flame kin sucks, it's not world best card but with a cloak or shieldin plax on it it can be gamebreaking.

Avatar of Discord is awesome. You'd be suprised how really awesome it is... I've been running it in my Rakdos deck and it just kills. It forces removal quickly, which keeps their removal away from a Pit Dragon or something similar. It's also good with the Karoos, as they give you land to discard. You just drop a 1 drop 2nd turn and play a bounce land... that gives you another discard for Avatar 3rd turn. People have been frowning upon my deck (which I own in real life) but when they see how well it works they usually either praise it or shut up.

As for the Flame Kin, no... it's not good. Especially not with such a small number of enchantments. And if you're expecting to get a bonus for when they enchant it with something think again... whatever they enchant it with will either kill it or stop it from being used, which makes its ability useless. Where's Char? What about Flames? They should at least be sideboard. And why no Blood Moons? o.o

[EDIT] As a side note, you should have a third poll option. 'Yes, but not this one.'

dude, blood moon main deck. as you seem to have noticed by asking if a mono color deck can make it, almost all the decks are running lots of duals. blood moon screws em over quite well

Ninjew is right, there is not a better time than now to use bloodmoon. with three colors becoming more and more popular you could potencially run into players with 12 dual lands. And in this case (your playing mono red) there are no drawbacks, except for the fact that your playing an enchanment other than a threat.

So what do you do against CoP Red? Any deck with white has it sideboarded pretty much.
