DISCLAIMER: This deck is completely untested and I just came up with this list as a starting point. I'm sure the numerical card values are off a bit, and even some of the card choices may end up being completely wrong.

Land-22

4 Blood Crypt
4 Overgrown Tomb
4 Stomping Ground
4 Forest
4 karplusian Forest
2 Sulfurous Springs

Creatures-24
4 Elves of Deep Shadow
4 Kird Ape
3 Scorched Rusalka
2 Gobhobbler Rats
3 Dryad Sophisticate
4 Ravenous Rats
4 Jagged Poppet

Other Spells-14
4 Seal of Fire
3 Volcanic Hammer
4 Char
3 Cry of Contrition

Sideboard:
3 Tin Street Hooligan
4 Giant Solifuge
3 Persecute
2 Naturalize
1 Volcanic Hammer
2 Hunted Wumpus

So basically the maindeck wants to do one thing, and it does it really well: dump it's hand as soon as possible to get Jagged Poppet online ASAP. The entire deck costs under 3 mana, and the only 3 mana spells are the 4 Poppet's and 4 chars.

The sideboard is mainly dedicated to smashing on agro because the poppets are obviously terrible without hellbent against chars/hammer/seal of fires against Gruul/Zoo.

You can get rid of your hellbent spells for a higher end with Wumpus and Solifuges.

The deck may need 2 or maybe even 3 copies of birds of paradise to be able to dump it's hand as soon as possible. The thought of swinging with a hellbent poppet on turn 3 makes me giddy.

It seems like a good idea. I would cut the cries though, and dryad sophisticate seems better than gobhobbler rats.
