Ok, recently I've discovered a full spoiler in english (hopefully it's 100% accurate) and I've seen quite a few good cards in this spoiler.

The spoiler can be found at: http://www.magiccorporation.com/gathering-newsmagic-viewliste-1-0.html

Also, MTGSalvation has the complete spoiler here: http://www.mtgsalvation.com/spoiler/dissension

But, instead of just letting you look through the spoiler, I'll share with you some of the cards I feel will make an impact.

Rain of Gore - BR
Enchantment
If a spell or a ability would cause its controller to gain life, that player loses taht much life instead.

The effect seem familiar? Remember False Cure? Well this is a continous False Cure Smile . Now say you have Rakdos Aggro and you have problems with the cards all aggro decks have with. Well you worries are over. Drop this and say: "Oh Hierarch as a mighty 4/4 blocker? Oh wait -4 life plz." or "Oh Faith Fetters to stop my attacker? -4 plz"

This card would definitely make a person regreat playing Congregation for 3 Hierarchs.
-------------------------------------------------------------
Rix Maadi, Dungeon Palace
Land
T: Add . to your mana pool.
1BR, T: Each player discards a card. Play this ability only any time you could play a sorcery.

C'mon, a land that can rape a control players hand each turn? And with hellbent, this makes u in good position and opponent in bad position. THose counter decks won't like seeing this played.
-------------------------------------------------------------
Delirium Skeins - 2B
Sorcery
Each player discards three cards.

In my opinion, a nice SB card vs control. This is basically instant hellbent and possibly raping opponent's hand, which is good for me.
-------------------------------------------------------------
Enemy of the Guildpact - 4B
Créature - Spirit
Protection from multicolored.
4/2

This is pretty nice. Even though the cost is kinda unattractive, this is still a strong beater. It can take down Loxodon Hierarch and Ghost Council unscathed (Unless Council gets to disappear). Also, a lot of instant kill spells such as Lightning Helix, Putrefy, Mortify, Wrecking Ball and Eletrolyze don't affect him. In my opinion he's pretty good (and splashable) in T2 but he will obviously be way better in limited.
-------------------------------------------------------------
Flaring Flame-Kin - 2R
Créature - Elemental Warrior

As long as Flaring Flame-Kin is enchanted, it gets +2/+2 and it gains trample and "R: Flaring Flame-Kin gets +1/+0 until end of turn.".
2/2

So, when this is enchanted it gets +2/+2, trample and firebreathing. Doesn't seem that strong at first, right? But let's think of this opening turn:

Turn 1: Forest/Stomping Ground, Birds of Paradise
Turn 2: Another land, Flaring Flame-Kin
Turn 3: MOLDERVINE CLOAK with R open. Cloak makes it a 7/7 trampler with firebreathing and when it attacks it can be a 8/7 trampler. Unless some spot removal is available this will win games with Cloak.
-------------------------------------------------------------
Demonfire - XR
Sorcery
Demonfire deals X damage to target creature or player. If a creature dealt damage this way would be put into a graveyard this turn, remove it from the game instead.
Hellbent - Demonfire can't be countered by spells or abilities, and its damage can't be prevented as long as you have no cards in hand.

A better Blaze is here and this one RFGs any creature it kills (Sorry ugly CHK Dragons!) And hellbent makes it better as a simple Remand or Mana Leak can't touch this. Feel the burn! Bye bye Blaze, hello Demonfire!
-------------------------------------------------------------
Assault Zeppelid - 2UG
Créature - Bête

Flying, Trample.
3/3

A 4cc 3/3 flying trampler sounds good to me. Evasion is always a good factor in magic games and this will definitely be one of the earlier picks in limited.
-------------------------------------------------------------
Simic Sky Swallower - 5UG
Creature - Leviathan

Flying, trample
Simic Sky Swallower can't be the target of spells or abilties.
6/6

Yea, this is a 7cc spell but like some other 7cc spells (Tooth and Nail and Enduring Ideal), when u resolve this, u usually say gg. Like nothing can stop this leviathan from beating face. Definitely a good limited pick. (Also, how can you swallow the sky?)
-------------------------------------------------------------
Twinstrike - 3BR
Instant
Twinstrike deals 2 damage to each of two target creatures.
Hellbent - Destroy those creatures instead if you have no cards in hand.

If you listened to the Dissension podcat, you would hear Eric Forsythe and Randy Buehler (Did I spell their names right?) mention this card and how good it was when they tested it in limited. They said it was so good that they had to move it up from common to uncommon. Personally, I think a card u can topdeck and be a 2 for 1 is worth using and it's spectucular in limited.
-------------------------------------------------------------
Proclamation of Rebirth - 2W
Sorcery
Return up to three target creature cards with converted mana cost 1 or less from your graveyard to play.
Forecast - 5W, Reveal Proclamation of Rebirth from your hand: Return target creature card with converted mana cost 1 or less from your graveyard to play. (Play this ability only during your upkeep and only once each turn.).

Not much eh? Well let's put this in oh let's say ZOO! Don't be afraid to get your Kird Apes, Savannah Lions, and Isamarus killed because for 3 mana they return DIRECTLY TO PLAY for more!
-------------------------------------------------------------

Of course I won't paste all the good cards in this thread because I'm lazy. Anyway you have the link so you can see for yourself what the good cards are. Personally, I think Graft has as much support as Rakdos does. Graft is like a big puzzle that when put together will win u the game at times. But I think Graft will be better in Ravnica Block (Ravnica Block is actually good now!!!)

Decks I think will be viable:
UW Fliers
Rakdos Aggro OR Rakdos Aggro-Control
UGw Aggro (Graft splashing w for Ghostway and possibly Loxodon Hierarch)
UG Aggro-Control OR Control

Decks I think will be improved:
Gruul/Zoo (Flaring Flame-Kin/Proclamation of Rebirth)
URzatron/Other red decks (Demonfire)

Those are just examples and there may be more improvements. Personally, I think the whole block can be viewed like this:
Dissension > Ravnica > Dirt > Bugs > Guildpact

Seriously, I think Guildpact was a let down.

And I think this is a sign for good things to come because I hear Time Spiral is gonna be AS good AS Dissension.

its a little to early to tell but so far its looking like probably the best set of the block. Ravinica might still be on top, GP was alittle bit of a disapointment IMO

Cool thread It was informative I guess

Just I saw one mistake:

Red- wrote:
Weight of Spires - R
Instant

Weight of Spires deals X damage to target creature, where X is the number of basic lands that creature's controller controls.

Seriously, this card should just say R: Burn off this critter Seriously, almost every deck runs nonbasics and the only deck that doesn't run nonbasics, doesn't run a lot of critters either. And this is a 1 drop kill spell. I predict this being in every deck that has red in it. Sorry Zoo but since you run about 95% nonbasics, any creature you play, DIES! (Maybe not Solifuge)

X is equal to the # of Basic lands So actually it kind of Sucks vs Zoo

Oh and another Card I saw that I think Might be Really good

Crypt Champion 3b
Creature - Zombie
Double strike
When Crypt Champion comes into play, each player puts a creature card with converted mana cost 3 or less from his or her graveyard into play.
When Crypt Champion comes into play, sacrifice it unless was spent to play it.

2/2
#40/180

Ok So You putrefy my guy next turn I come back with him and 2/2 double striker

How is this set a godsend other than the duals. I'm sure its quite good in limited but to proclaim anything more than that is to have superhuman nonlinear foresight. No one has any idea how the cards will interact with itself let alone the rest of the block.

Why do you rate it so low, Scrubby McScrubberson, you got your Dragon.

I am most certainly making a defender deck

Very Happy

Also:

Tidespout Tyrant [5UUU]
Creature - Djinn ()

Flying
Whenever you play a spell, return target permanent to its owner's hand.
5/5

Sure it has a high cost, but with some mana accel, this can be craaaazy. Probably not, but its a really fun card

Nettling Curse [2B]
Enchantment - Aura ()

Enchant Creature
Whenever enchanted creature attacks or blocks, its controller loses 3 life.
[1R]: Enchanted creature attacks this turn if able.

Illus. Jeremy Jarvis & Wayne Reynolds

That's pretty awesome. Volcanic Hammer on a stick

Yea, I made a mistake. I obviously misread Weight of Spires.

Also, I don't feel like arguing with the forum scum who hang out on the forum more than play because personally I think most of you suck.

Anyway, the changes to the initial post will be made.

nice thread although i believe u are way too generous wiht some of your choices. I doubt half of those cards are going to be played in serious T2 but looks like a fairly powerful and balanced limited set. Anyhow kokusho threads of agony do x dmg but u have t pay x mana cost as well its not like pay 1 mana and any number of lives to do dmg equal to the number of lives you paid it would be like the T1 combo of fireball+black lotus and that other card in one so obviously you have to pay x mana as well

For the record: lotus+channel+fireball doesn't win games...because channel is green. But that is a good point, the card isn't as good as he says. Anyway, nice post overall.
