Do you like the ruling on 9th person in 8max being dropped because they had a bye due to system screwup?

The problem is that it's not the last person that gets the bye. This has hapenned to me twice: I wasn't the last one to join because after joining I saw that only 3 (in the first time) and 5 (in the second time) players had joined. When I got the bye I was really ****ed up for having to drop.
