its very easy...
1 Ancestrall Recall, 1 Fork, 1 Storm Seeker, 1 Blacklotus, 1 land, 3 Moxes.
This is how it works:
Play land-mox-mox-mox-lotus, ancestrall recall ur opponoment. Play stormseek and fork it. voilà -20 damage  |

| the only 3 card 2nd turn kill i can think of is legacy legal and it involves an 1/1 and the best anti-cemetary gate card ever printed. |

there are tons and tons of turn 2 wins in all formats, not probable but posible. Turn 1 wins too

I'm not saying it's efficient but why would you have to go 2nd? |
