3x Plains
3x Mountain
1x Vitu-Ghazi - good for wrath/bad for mana

4x Kird Ape - 2/3 for 1
4x Llanowar Elves - mana and bloodthirst for scab

2 Drops
4x Watchwolf - 3/3 for 2 cloaked = 6/6
3x Boros Guildmage - haste and first strike
4x Scab-clan Mauler - cloaked 6/6 trampler?!?!
3x Jitte - Jitte, ne questions?
4x Lighting Helix - removal

3 Drops
3x Char - removal
3x Loxodon Heirarch - life gain/regeneration
3x Moldervine Cloak - dredge and pump

Other options i own
Dryad Sophisticate
Hand of Honor
Selesnya Guildmage
Gruul Guildmage
Gristleback
Kodama of the North Tree
Giant Solifuge (sb right now)
Burning-Tree Shaman (sb right now)

my decks pretty aggressive and can recover pretty well from wrath or removal. i can wear out counters and beat control pretty fast. ne suggestions with card choices would be nice. thank you

ps - make a zoo sticky so no posts more zoo decklists[/u]

4x Scab-clan Mauler - cloaked 5/5 trampler?!?!

I wanted to be first to ask why you play him if you think he's just a 2/2?

Anyways, Boros Guildmage has to go. Dryad Sophisticate is a decent replacement. Savannah Lions should get added if you own them. So many Jitte and Cloak in the main might be too much, it's horrible against control. As good as Hierarch is in this deck, Burning Shaman costs 3 and Hierarch costs 4.

i'd drop the guildmages. and add a 4th char, cloak, and hierach. if not those then just add 3 volcanic hammers.i also question the llanawars. dryad sophisticate or silhana ledgewalker would be good in their spots. it depends on the metagame, if you tend to see alot of spot removal (mortify, putrify, char, etc.), go with ledgewalker. if not, use sophisticate. Also I'd sb alot of burn (volcanic hammer, flames of the blood hand), giant soulifuge, burning tree shaman, and if available, kami of ancient law

2 Battlefield Forge
2 Karplusan Forest
2 Brushland

4 Kird Ape
4 Savannah Lions
4 Watchwolf
3 Isamaru, Hound of Konda
3 Burning-Tree Shaman
3 Tin Street Hooligan
3 Dryad Sophisticate
2 Giant Solifuge

//Sideboard (13)
1 Tin Street Hooligan

some ways to solve your mana problems: play more than 18 lands, cut the Giant Solifuges

If you play a guildmage play the Gruul Guildmage, or at very least Seleseyna Guildmage... Grull mage is more aggressive, so he's probably the better choice.

ok i am not sure if you have quite realised this but... the power drops in the format atm are all 4 mana 4/4's so cutting 1 char seems kinda silly 5/10 decksa out there run hierarchs and the others run a combination of ghost council scarabs meloku and more hierarchs so ive always used 4 chars not to mention they hit to the head very hard.

and in a deck that is running soo many early drops exclusively for more damage i would think burning tree would be a better choice as it deals damage vs opposing jittes or icy's or glare or tops etc etc etc

so shamans x4 instead of loxodon, 4x char over 3x

and why are you playing llanowar elves????
birds have evasion and fix up your mana base alot more.

also through rigorous testing with zoo i have found ledgewalkers far superior to guildmage or maulers as they cause u/r to roll over once cloaked or jitted and have evasion.
same with b/w or opposing zoo.dec

now in relation to boros guildmage.... it has no place within this deck. your creatures are all bigger cheaper and more effective then any other decks out there so why would you want to waste a 2 drop on something that will not win you the game and infact is another creature that dies to pyroclasm.

i would personally replace 2mauler 3 hierarchs 3 guildmages and 4 llanowar elves for 4 ledgewalkers, 4 shamans and 4 birds

oh and have you tried might of oaks???? Smile

now in relation to the problem with jitte and birds not having power i would suggest running skarg rage pits and also atleast 1 mikokoro aswell as replacing 1 forest and 1 plains with their legendary counterparts .

aside form all of that the only other thing i can suggest is cutting down slightly on mana as 20 lands has proven to more then anough in a deck consisting mainly of 1 and 2 drops leaving you with 2 slots ^_^ prolly

now the sb is the ONE thing i cannot work out properly with mine. you require 4x naturalize to stop those annoying blood moons besides that casting ld vs ur has been found effective to a degree allthough they either counter play more land. and playing hierarchs in sb has worked aswll as they run all over most aggressive decks one other thing that has met with verying success is ghostway as it saves vs WoG, pyroclasm, and wildfire
