uh... wasn't sure which 1 u meant was almost playable
-didn't like kira either but it got great reviews and I was looking for a good blue creature to add
-purpose of deck is to eliminate problematic cards via telepathy/cranial extraction as well as quash for wrath etc...
-all cards cost 4 or less so 18 lands is justified
-8 of the 18 lands are multicolor
-since more cards are blue in this deck the land ratio of swamps to islands seems reasonable |

| 18 lands is never justified. would you keep and opening hand of 1 land? there is a just over 5% chance of only getting 1 land, and on average it would take 13-14 cards (turn 6-7) for you to have 4 lands. dont be a retard |

apart from the land problem (22 might be enough given that you have karoos), you have various cards that don't really do anything and other cards which just are pointless.
i mean what the hell are telepathy, levitation, gaze of the gorgon, quash, circu, and leyline of the void doing in the deck? i suggest rebuilding the whole thing since the deck lacks direction in a big way |
