ouch, I just lost 30 minutes of judging with a software mistake Confused

10 It's really more a green card type IMO like Rude Awakening + it makes Zombies? Powerfull Zombies? Hum, swamps pumps creature, they don't become creature if I remember well.

Pseudodespot

12 I like the fact you went in Stoneforge Mystic zone. But like him you Vedalken is really close to be broken. Keep it simple, cut the second part of the card, no?

Bairdsy

11 I like the fact it's a 0cc artifact, despite Abundant Growth you don't draw a card... The only thing is it's not new at all.

8 Isn't it a little bit undercosted? Look Jayemdae Tome. It laks a good punchline for a better flavour.

12 It suppose your opponent play creatures, lot of creatures to become powerfull and it suppose a move from your opponent. When you give a choice to your opponent, it's always risqued.

Congrats to the winners.

I think the problem with Fortifications is that usually, it isn't much different from an Aura with Enchant land, because in most environments, lands have a tendency to stay on the battlefield. With my own submission, I went to the extreme with dealing with this problem by making the land leave the battlefield. I also really like the submitted cards with a reason to attach them to a different land despite the old land not leaving play, although in practice, those reasons might rarely be worth the fortify cost.
