t2 is always my favorite...for some reason i just dont get excited about extended. 1.5 is my second choice and i hate vintage w/ a fiery passion.

my favorite deck in the current (post gp) environment is bwg control. it has answers for just about any deck u can think of.

ppl hate my decks. I say that out front b/c i get alot of disconnects when i bring this one out.

that aside. I am old school, I like 1.x the best though. it changes but i can still run old shit without really knowing what the new craze is. I've always liked tribal decks. I tend to use alot of onslaught cards because they're just better than the old ones for tribal, except goblins (love goblin grenade, reckless abandon burn). I've still got a fungus deck that started in fallen empires(It hasn't been modified since onslaught). anyway here is my favorite deck. btw, if anyone knows good sb cards for this let me know.

I used to like T2, then Affinity rotated out of it, so now my favourite format is Extended.

What kind of limited?

I'd have to say my favorite format is Standard (T2)... Simply because it is an always changing format, so reigning decks won't forever dominate the format. (And I just don't like Extended (1.x)) T2 requires a lot of studying and examination of the metagame, as it is constantly changing. I love making new decks for T2, and rogue decks have more chance in T2, too.

Sealed probably comes second, because it's just a lot of fun and a good test of deckbuilding skill.

Mental Magic is the best, I pwn it up. I'm like "Sac Orcish Settlers, destroy a ton of your land. Far Wanderings with threshold. Rebound your Mind Sludge right back atcha, biaaaatch."

1. Extended. Because it doesn't change so fast, it leaves time for cool innovations, and it's an expansive format.

2. Standard. It's simple.

3. Draft. Always different. It's where the real skill lies.

4. Everything else. I don't play everything very much, and if I do, it's because I'm bored, or I just want to try something out.

Legacy is without question my favorite format, it's what I play 80% of the time, and all my real life decks are legacy. Vintage is fun to play for a bang, and mental magic is both fun and extremely difficult to master. Only formats I shy away from are 1.x/2.0 as I dislike the idea of always having my decks rotate out, and I find the lack of power that I'm accustomed to to be confusing.

Pretty much any limited format beats Constructed, except triple Betrayers draft ( Embarassed ).

For Constructed, my favorite format is either Invasion Block or Saga Block (which most people write off as being full of brokenness, and it really isn't), both of which were very diverse environments.
