Fix blue to be U would be helpful. I lean toward BUG on this pool, but I only did a quick look through.

OK, I have a bit more time now -- here is how I would build it.

Pilfered Plans
Pilfered Plans
Haunter of Nightveil <---sooo brutal
Mirko Vosk <--kinda a pansy for a legend, but he still has a fat butt in the air
Korozda Guildmage <--easily wins games by himself
Abrupt Decay
Master Biomancer
Turn//Burn
Flesh//Blood

Basilica Screecher
Crypt Ghast
Syndicate Enforcer
Ultimate Price

Experiment One
Centaur's Herald

Runner's Bane
Hands of Binding

Mugging
Grisly Spectacle
Death's Approach
Beetleform Mage
Sundering Growth
Sluiceway Scorpion

Izzet Guildgate
Golgari Guildgate
Simic Guildgate
Mountain
Swamp x6
Island x3
Forest x4

OK, so top column is must haves. Ten your playables in each color. Followed by all of the cards which are fine, but you wouldn't feel bad if you had to cut them. And of course the lands to round things out.

11 creatures is a bit light (I'd like to run around 13). This is partially because of quality issues, but mostly simply because once I had the colors set, I took the 23 best cards irregardless of whether they were creatures.

I love the Gatekeepers, but you didn't pull enough gates to make them worthwhile. He is a 2/4 for 4 which is pretty weak as is. And worse, he will probably be a dead draw because in the back of your mind you will be wanting to hold off playing him on the extremely low chance that you pull a 2nd gate. As for Reveler, this deck does not lend itself to him. You are full of card draw, removal, and big fat finishers -- a quick 3/4 that can't block adds nothing to this.
