For this challenge, make a card that could be added to the current standard environment and make a mill deck playable.

Im not talking turbofog variants but decks that pro-actively try to deplete the opponent's library as a path to victory.

While this probably means having to push the boundaries of power, the card should still be acceptable as something that Wizards' would potentially print.

Glimpse the Unthinkable UB

Target player puts the top ten cards of his or her library into his or her graveyard.

I thought Wizards would be creatures of science. But they only seem to experiment senselessly. Never repeating their mistakes or successes alike.

Thought Slicer - 1B
Creature -- Human Rogue (Uncommon)
Defile (If this would deal damage to a player, instead that player exiles that many cards from the top of his or her library)
3/3

I edited out my complaining card because I actually thought of an idea I liked.

But seriously, this is never going to happen. Next create-a-card should be "create a card that will make Craw Wurm playable in constructed".

Hunger of the World Maggot | GG
Sorcery (Rare)

Cast Hunger of the World Maggot only if an opponent played a spell this turn.

Search your library for a card named Craw Wurm and put it onto the battlefield.

Psychic Terror UB

Creature - Horror (Rare)

Whenever ~ is dealt damage by a source, that source's controller exiles that many cards from the top of his or her library.

Exile the top five cards of your library: regenerate ~.

If ~ would be put into a graveyard from anywhere, instead exile it.

Some memories are so traumatic the mind buries them in a place beyond recovery.

I don't know much about the current standard environment, but in general I believe two main problems keep mill from being viable: it's slower than other decks, and many decks benefit from having things put into their graveyard. This doesn't single-handedly solve either of those problems, but it presents a roadblock to aggro decks while at least not making the second problem any worse.
