Recently, many players have had issues importing new sets into their databases. This has caused many players' files to become corrupted, and require reinstallation of MWS.

Based on our current understanding, this is due to memory limitations in MWS at a code level (the database can hold a maximum of 21581 cards).

The following fix is temporary, but will allow you to import new sets (note that if you received the error importing, you may be required to reinstall MWS before you can perform the following actions):

1. Use the MWS filter to identify sets with enough cards combined to equal the size of the set you are trying to import. For example, if you were trying to import Return to Ravnica you would need to identify promotional sets that combine to equal 249 cards or more.
1. Go to Tools -> Analyze/Add/Remove Sets
2. Select a promotional set from the list.
3. Click 'I Agree'
4. Repeat until you have removed sufficient cards.

From there, you can import the set as normal.
