Really good submissions again, I consider myself lucky. Very Happy

If a card or a token would be put into a graveyard from anywhere, exile it instead.

2/2

A solid card, but takes more than a more hateful version of Samurai of the Pale Curtain to impress me. A-

He hates life, he is the only bear that is going to survive

This is way way way way way too strong at 2 mana, awesome idea for a card though. B

Discard a card: HateAtog gets +1/+1 until end of turn.
Combat Damage dealt to and dealt by HateAtog uses the stack.
Back to the good old times. Back to the time when magic still required skill in constructed
2/2

This is surreally busted. B

If a non-Goat token would be put onto the battlefield, it's owner puts a 0/1 green Goat creature token onto the battlefield instead.

Real Ovinomancers see goats as the crown of creation.

2/2

Silly man, ovinomancers deal with sheep, not goats. Not really sure of it's effectiveness as a token hoser too. The idea was great, but should have put more thought into it. B+

Nonland permanents can't enter the battlefield unless their mana cost was paid.

"Magic is a gift you must open again and again." -Purespell creed

Not sure if that's the best wording to use, but hosing Tinker, Oath, Dredge and Reanimator at once is a neat idea. A

When Ursa of the Grave enters the battlefield, exile target graveyard.

At the beginning of upkeep, you may choose a creature card exiled by Ursa of the Grave and return it to its owner's graveyard. If you do, put a +1/+1 counter on Ursa of the Grave.

Humans during the day, bear's dismay. Corpses at night, bear's delight.

2/2

This is so sweet and versatile, kinda shame it's a legend though. A-

XXXX: destroy target nonland permanent with converted mana cost X.

2/1

(I'm assuming hate bears are meant to "hate" against a particular strategy, so this kills tokens and moxen, as well as having the very restricted ability of killing larger creatures).

Yes! A+

Protection from converted mana cost 2.

When a player casts a spell with a converted mana cost of 2, you may gain 2 life.

This is actually awesome, although the lifegain seems excessive at 1 mana. A-

Mixed feelings on this one, I guess it's about as solid as a card depending on the opponent can be. A-

Treat spells as tough they were lands (they don't use the stack, they are not considered as "casted" and can only be played any time you could play a land)

Spells are a part of nature, just like a tree, a river, or a rock, most mages have forgotten this and prefer to cast them from books, I go to the root of magic: Nature itself.

2/2

Rare

I've already used this in a previous CaC but I find the design pefect por for requeriments, it hates on storm, it slows games and it hates counters too... it's just too versatile

Agreed on all counts. A

the flavor for my card is a joke on how dumb Goblins are, and how they are crazy enough to find riding bears bun even if it kills a bunch them. Maybe it would have made more sense if it was a Rakdos Devil but I wanted to give goblins a better answer to warmth, COP red and whatever other stupid hate just shuts down red decks and ends the game instantlly.

Cuz its just a madness clusterfuck on anarchy and everyone is too busy worried about not getting mauled by bears to worry about casting protection enchantments or gaining life points.

Probably a shaman of some sort would have made more sense though the more I think about it. I just thought it would be cool if a hatebear was actually a bear for once.
