| Try restarting your comp. If you get a crash for a common reason, it often will continue to have problems until you reboot. |

Post what message you get and we'll know a little more about where to look.
Most likely causes is:
1.) Software error
2.) Networking error
3.) ISP error |

| i restarted my computer and it worked fine. I wasn't getting any messaged it would just close |
