Create a card that works well in the early and late game.
Simple but tricky.

I will not grade them. But rather name the winner and give my thoughts on each of them.

Judging will happen on Sunday or when 20 entries are reached.

I think it fits because early game it's good for mana acceleration, and late game your opponent is less likely to play lands. Yes, I realize this is a bit of a stretch.
