Thank you for the win! I wanted my card to affect a lot of things (Modern being so broad) - so I thought, why not affect zones? =)
But - sometimes, we like looking back at some broken cards and "fix" them.
And this is not one of those days.
Choose an old creature card which was/is deemed weak, and improve it. Make it playable. Make it a chase rare (and up its rarity).
In short > choose a RARE creature card that wasn't too good, and make it worthy of being rare - or mythic rare, even.
It's be easier to post both the old and the improved version, so we can all see what you did =).

When Desolation Titan comes into play, destroy all creatures you control. If the kicker cost was paid, destroy all other creatures instead.

I assume Norin the Wary is old enough:
Norin the Compleated........................................RR
Legendary Creature - Mutant Warrior................R
Whenever an opponent casts a spell or attacks, exile Norin the Compleated. Return it to the battlefield at the beginning of the next end step with a +1/+1 counter on it.
Counters remain on Norin the Compleated as it moves into exile and onto the battlefield.
They may have removed most of his humanity, but numerous upgrades have yet to remove his cowardice
