I get 123! Wow! How lucky!
The challenge for this round if to create a planeswalker with a cmc of 1. The additional catch is that it has to have at least 3 abilities, at least 2 of which must be loyalty abilities. Remember it has to be balanced!
I will grade the cards on an F to A scale, most likely on the 4th of July. Without further ado, let us gogogo!

Rathidix, the Chaos Driven R (Mythic)

+1 flip a coin, if you win the flip rathidix deals 2 damage to your opponent, if you lose the flip it deals 2 damage to you.

+2 Draw a card, then discard two cards at random.

-10 Rathidix the chaos driven deals 10 damage to all creatures, players and planeswalkers.

-5: Sacrifice an artifact you control, if an artifact is sacrificed this way search your library for an artifact card and put it onto the battlefield under target players control.

A few things, yes he can be shattered, yes I only want him to be able to ramp out creatures, and yes I want him to be able to put the artifact into play under any target players control. Maybe broken I don't play vintage so I don't really know.
