Base/Deck trouble

I recently, and successfully finally put Avaycn Restored onto my MWS,with pics and the base. Well for some reason now, none of my decks can be played and are said to have cards that are nonexistant however are shown in the library list. I have no idea whats happened since I finally used the "save Masterbase through MWS instead of copy pasting it, via C Drive", all I know is, its doing weird things now.

Help anyone? Question

Tell me exactly how you " finally used the "save Masterbase through MWS instead of copy pasting it, via C Drive"". In fact, just tell me every step you took trying to get it installed, including whether you tried to patch it or install a new masterbase. I'll be back in the morning to explain what's wrong and, if it's not too late, how to fix it.

Well it stopped doing it when I restarted the computer, but its not letting me use any of my decks on Mws online, so I'l explain.

1. I downloaded the masterbase with the data(Sets and rulings)
2. I searched for the new masterbase through mws and got it loaded
3. I saved the new masterbase, through save library.
(Note: I did Extract it before loading it)

After all of this, and making 1 deck with some of the new Avacyn cards, and saving it, I exited MWSw ith no problems.
However, I go to MWS online and it says all of my decks aren't in the right format when I try to load any of them. I go back to MWS, and it says it can't find the cards for all of my Decks, no matter which one I go too. This morning I got back on and its letting me edit my decks, infact it can find the cards. But it still says they are in the wrong format when I go to MWS online.

Update:Nevermind this...I fixed it.
