Is ther actually any leagues on this site? Years back i remember doing a pre-constructed deck league on the OCTGN website. I see there is a bunch of tournaments running constantly but just kinda looking for something more fun then competitive. I am especially fond of sealed and too a lesser extent drafting,

Yes there is join the chat&play room on the left then do /join #judges4you and get some help in there with starting up is probably your best bet.
