When Woodland Animator comes into play, you may untap target Forest you control. It becomes a 3/3 green Treefolk creature until end of turn.

I like it too but I think this should be rare, it's a hastey 3/3 for 4 or a 3 for 1 when they don't see it coming, a bit too powerful for an uncommon imho! |

Here is my go at creating my own mechanic...
Magnitude X (When you cast this spell, you may put a copy of
it on the stack for every X artifacts that you control)
Ionic Storm 1:r::r::r:
Sorcery -- Rare
Magnitude 1
Deal 1 damage to each creature and each player.
Metal makes the best conductor for chaos
Magma Metal Monstrosity :r::r::r:
Sorcery -- Uncommon
Magnitude 4
As an additional cost to cast Magma Metal Monstrosity, sacrifice an artifact. Put a 3/1 red elemental creature token with haste onto the battlefield.
Might of the Machines 4:g:
Instant -- Rare
Magnitude 6
Target creature you control gets +6/+6 and trample until end turn.
Metallic Growth 1:g:
Instant -- Common
Magnitude 4
You may only cast metallic growth if you control an artifact.
Search your library for an artifact land card and put it onto the battlefield tapped.
Dead Smog :b::b::b:
Sorcery -- rare
Magnitude 2
Target player discards a card, sacrifices a creature, and sacrifices a land.
Death Crunch :2:b::b::b:
Instant -- common
Magnitude 5
Destroy target creature.
Metallic Dreams 1:u::u:
Instant -- rare
Magnitude 1
Draw a card, then discard a card.
Glass-Glossed Footing :1::u:
instant -- uncommon
Magnitude 4
Return target creature to its owners hand.

Lightning Eruption
3RR
Sorcery
Lightning Eruption deals 4 damage to target player. Lightning Eruption then deals 4 damage to each creature controlled by that player.
Burn 3 (Discard this card and any number of cards from your hand and draw the same amount of cards from your deck.)
If Lightning Eruption was Burned, it deals 8 damage instead.
My submission:
Kavu Ravager
5RR
Creature-Kavu Berserker
When this card is Burned, you may put it into play with two -1/-1 counters and two time counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter from this card. When this card has no more time counters , remove the two -1/-1 counters and put a +1/+1 counter on it.
Burn 4R (Discard this card and any number of cards from your hand and draw the same amount of cards from your deck.)

1. design of mechanic/power level - 45/50 solid mechanic, my only concern is it concentrated on tribal stuff.
2. flavor of the card - 15/20 :: i like weirds liked the card, a deduction on not having a flavour text.
3. correct rarity - 0/20 :: no rarity
4. constructed playable/ fun factor - 10/10 i don't see it heavy play but definitly fun design.
