I have to ask:

All your examples are well above the current power curve; WotC wouldn't reprint any of them except possibly Stone Rain. So do you want a card on par with Land Tax and Hymn, or do you want a card they would print?

Choose a player. Destroy 3 lands that player controls, then that player gets an emblem with "Whenever a land you control is tapped for mana, add one mana of any color that land can produce to your mana pool."

Memoryburn Fever RU

Enchant Player

At the beginning of enchanted player's upkeep reveal the top card of his library. If a land card is reavealed this way put it in his graveyard and Memoryburn Fever deals 1 damage to him.

At the beginning of enchanted player's end turn attach Memoryburn Fever to another target player.

"I have the advantage, let's end this" - Next Memoryburn Fever victim.

If I could I would name this card "Survival of the Fittest". But, well you see, there was a certain problem with that....

Aramophet, the cursed can't block or be sacrificed.

When Aramophet, the Cursed enters the battlefield, each player loses 1 life, discards a card, sacrifices a creature, then sacrifices a land.

When Aramophet, the Cursed dies, each player returns a creature card from his/her graveyard to the battlefield.
