A few questions regarding ".mwstheme" files

Currently i'm looking to add a bit of pzazz to my MWS client. I found a nice site that consisted of several different themes, and i was wondering if anyone who has experience with theme changing has found any associated problems such as bugs or crashes.

For instance: Does using a new theme cause or promote the frequency of bugs and crashes? and/also does it matter whether you have a premium account or not? I personally use the freeware version of the MWS client and look forward to reading your posts.
