Glad to finally win one of these things!

In this round I am looking for a card that would feel right at home in the "fallout" universe. Commence with the post apocalyptic shenanigans.

Bonus points if you can make me laugh.

Eventual Disappointment | 2
Artifact - Rare

Eventual Disappointment enters the battlefield tapped.

At the beginning your upkeep, put a time counter on Eventual Disappointment.

T: If Eventual Disappointment has 1 time counter, put 3 1/1 White Soldiers into play. If Eventual Disappointment has 2 time counters, put 3 2/2 Green Wolves into play.

Whenever Eventual Disappointment has 3 or time counters, sacrifice it and put a 0/1 colorless Gimp token into play that has "At the beginning of your upkeep, lose 1 life."

Well, the first one was pretty good and the second one was amazing, probably the best I've ever seen. The third one was total crap. I guess they needed to use that sparkly Oblivion engine to make more money. That's just rude to the Fallout IP, but then again, I shouldn't be surprised, look at what they did with Oblivion: they spent all their time making it look pretty and they forgot to add gameplay. A GOOD PLOT DOES NOT INVOLVE CLOSING 15 OF THE EXACT SAME OBLIVION GATES.

Something wrong with the one above :p

Anyway I remembered fallout 2 had a MTG easter egg so here goes nothing :p.

Tragic: the Garnering Deck UB

Instant - Rare

You can cast Tragic: the Gathering Deck only if a creature you dont control died this turn.

Search your library for a non-creture card and cast it without paying its mana cost. Shuffle your library.

"Well, Tragic the Garnering isnít just a game -- itís an obsession. Not a cologne, either. Some think that the way it changes a personís life is tragic, but they just donít understand." - Wooz

Imprint-target artifact you dont control.
You may chose to not untap creatures during your untap phase.
As long as you control a tapped creature ~ is a copy of imprined artifact.
Where are the instructions?

I would do an Evangelion one ,but then...

Simple but not exactly dazzling. Fits right in with both magic and fallout.

Legendary Artifact - (Mythic)

Pip-Boy Scrambler comes into play tapped.

3, Tap, Sacrifice Pip-Boy Scrambler: You control target opponent's next turn. Skip your next turn.

It's as if my hand isn't my own... what's going on here?

Half a mindslaver? Kind of neat. Got to have a pip-boy otherwise how are you going to pause midway through battle?

Mister Handy - 2 (M)
Artifact Creature - Construct

Defender, Flying

1: Put a +1/+1 counter on Mister Handy.
1: Scry 1
2: Mister Handy gains Shroud until end of turn.

Mister Handy can block an additional creature for each +1/+1 counter on it.

0/3

Always loved killing these things. Not sure why it has defender but fun nonetheless.

Long text and overpowered but i didn't say i was looking for constructed worthy cards. Made me chuckle even though I still love the fallout3/new vegas games. Fallout 2 was the best though.

A bit of a problem with the wording. Is elvis mentioned very much in versions of fallout other than new vegas?

Wonderful! magic and fallout together in perfect harmony. I remember using the tragic the garnering deck on my first time through fallout 2 and wondering why my caps kept disappearing. crazy powerful card, definitely over powered.
