I'm sure BLUE with Careful Study brings a lot more consitency to the deck. Right now, if you have no Putrid Imp, 90% of your deck is useless. With Careful Study (or other draw+discard), you can also remove some reanimation targets.

I like the approach with Phyrexian Obliterator giving the deck a different efficient way to win however.

You need Careful Study it's the best card in the deck, even better then entomb.
Buried Alive is just horrible if you don't have Dark Ritual, you can very easily get raced if you get a monster as late as turn 4.
