thats just counterbalance with crusander instead of goyf, which seems way worse.
I think the only reasonable infect deck is like a bunch of 2 drops with invigorates and berserks (not saying it's good)

Just throw in a bunch of crappy infect creatures and Bounty of the Hunt all over their asses yeea!!!

Creature's controller deals the damage, not the creature

That list needs Chalice of the Void really bad. Also four Tops seems pretty bad when you are playing any number of Trinket Mage. You could cut one. I also think that a better Trinket Mage package is in order. At least one Equipment that you can tutor for speeds your clock up a lot. Trusty Machete is kinda lame but, it does turn a 5 turn win into a 3 turn win. One of each Artifact Lands in color would be nice as the deck is mana hungry for a Legacy deck. As you are not playing Tarmogoyf, you should move at least one of your grave hate cards from your side to the main deck dredge is going to wreck you.

Phrexian Crusader is not as bad as you think. Protection from White and Protection from Red are pretty good. Also he is Black so with all of that he dodges most removal in the game. The downside is he is small and is not going to get past Wild Nacatl, 'Goyf, and so on. You need to have a clear table and the Counterbalance lock in play to win with the Crusader vs Green, Blue, or Black creatures. Sword of Feast or Famine plugs a lot of holes. I think that Sword of Feast or Famine would be good as the deck is mana hungry and you get a free untap.

You may want to splash another color like Red or White. White would be for Stoneforger Mystic as a one or two of and some sideboard cards. Red would just be for sideboard cards like Pyroclasm, Volcanic Fallout, Pyroblast and Lightning Bolt.

Creature's controller deals the damage, not the creature

From gatherer:

Card Name:
Pandemonium
Mana Cost:

Converted Mana Cost:
4

Types:
Enchantment
Card Text:
Whenever a creature enters the battlefield, that creature's controller may have it deal damage equal to its power to target creature or player of his or her choice.

I can see where the confusion is since it's worded weird, but the creature deals the damage.

Or, you know, play other decent decks without having to spend too much time and cash on Berserks, which are terrible.
