General rules:
1. Judge posts the card criteria;
2. People make card(s) based on the criteria;
3. Judge picks a winner; and
4. The winner becomes the judge for the next round.

---
In order for the judging to not be totally random, this is what I will be looking at.

Rarity - 5pts - does this card make sense at its rarity? Does it have a powerful, flashy effect?

Flavor - 5 pts - does the flavor match the effects? Is it in the right color? Does the flavor text help instead of hinder?

Fun - 5 pts - would this card be fun to play with? would it create fun interactions with other cards?

Originality - 5 pts - does this card do something that we haven't seen before?

Balance - 5 pts - is the power level high enough that it would get played? Is it low enough that it's not broken?

Clarity - 5 pts - is it easy to tell what this card does? It is a big run-on sentence?

Playability - 5 pts - would this card actually see legal play? Would it be an essential card for some decks? If so, would players run 4 of them?

Rarity 5 pts- Sure, looks like a rare to me.

Flavor 2 pts - Something about being made out of boredom really stood out for me but being legendary didn't make any sense to me.

Fun 3 pts - If it wasn't legendary it would be a lot more fun.

Originality 2 pts - Just seems like a variation of Rusted Relic, albeit a more powerful version.

Balance 5 pts - Potentially very strong, but it's restrictions do make sure it's not overpowered imo

Clarity 3 pts - Just because at first I thought it couldn't block either.

Playability 5 pts - With Trinkets in T2, or that artifact deck in Ext, this is an auto include in either of those decks.

Rarity 5 pts - Yes, that is a potentially overpowered common, excellent work.

Flavour 0 pts - Are you saying the Warchief doesn't have arms? Why doesn't he have arms? :S I don't get it.

Fun 5 pts - Seems very fun, there's not enough mass haste giving cards in T2, I would love to see this in print.

Originality 5 pts - Giving haste to all creatures on an enchantment is potentially too good, but this thing is nice how you get it for a turn at zero cost. Really neat card.

Balance 4 pts - I don't really know how to judge this card on balance tbh. Razz

Clarity 5 pts - Very clear

Playability 3 pts - Pretty narrow in it's applications.

Rarity 5 pts - sure, it's an uncommon.

Flavour 0 pts - exactly what T2 set would this 3 colour card show up in? How is Deadly wasting doing what the card is doing? I just don't get it, awful card imo.

Fun 0 pts - Boring and hard to cast.

Originality 0 pts - Just terrible

Balance 0 pts - It's completely not overpowered, which was the idea for this create a card

Clarity 0 pts - Very wordy, and does too many things. Just atrocious

Playability 0 pts - No one would ever play it.

Rarity - 5 pts - Yep, that's an uncommon

Flavour 5 pts - perfect colours, love the flavour

Fun 3 pts - Very fun to cast, and strong in an infect deck. Seems extremely unfun for your opponent though, so you lose points on that.

Originality 4 pts - no comment

Balance 1 pts - TBh, I'm not sure who chooses which land it goes on when the land is sac'd, so I can't tell how balanced it is

Clarity 0 pts - Not clear

Playability 5 pts - Regardless of how it's meant to work, it's playable

Great card, but evoke isn't in T2, so this wouldn't be a T2 card.

Rarity 5 pts - Overpowered but fair Uncommon, nicely done.

Flavour 0 pts - I just don't get it what the card does outside of the rules. Ineffable Innovation? Wtf does that mean and how does it apply to the card?

Fun 5 pts : Seems like lots of fun

Originality 5 pts : An original take on proliferate, props for that

Balance 5 pts : it's power level flucuates depending on the matchup, very balanced.

Clarity 2 pts : I'm simply not a fan of "half rounded up/down's" and I'm the judge.

Playability 3 pts : Depends on the meta, so it's power level is inconsistant.

Very bland, and very broken. This card is very powerful but not in an innovative or constructive way. It just bones aggro, and it's solid against control variants. I just straight up don't like it, and I'm the judge, so deal with it.

Untap two target creatures and gain control of them. They gain haste until end of turn. They do not untap on their controller's next untap step.

Way too powerful for a red deck, I would have accepted it as a U instant that didn't give haste, but as is it's just a very powerful card with little flavour and no innovation.

Flavour 5 pts : Super bomb, good stuff.

Fun 5 pts : Seems very fun because of it's flexibility. Nicely done.

Originality 4 pts : Hard to be flavourful and original, but it's something that seems unexpected but natural.

Balance 0 pts : It's the last part where you can sac a creature to return it to your hand. Without that I would have given it a 5.

Clarity 3 pts : Though it's clear, it's so wordy that it can cause confusion.

Playability 5 pts : I can't imagine any deck not wanting this.

Rarity 3 pts : I think this would equate to an overpowered uncommon

Flavour 3 pts : I'm not sure about the flavour, but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt that the artwork would be awesome. I just don't understand why it's an elephant.

Fun 5 pts : Plant Elephant, how could that not be fun?

Originality 3 pts : I equate this to Briarhorn, which I love, but it takes away from originality.
