702.23d The phasing event doesnít actually cause a permanent to change zones or control, even though itís treated as though itís not on the battlefield and not under its controllerís control while itís phased out. Zone-change triggers donít trigger when a permanent phases in or out. Counters remain on a permanent while itís phased out. Effects that check a phased-in permanentís history wonít treat the phasing event as having caused the permanent to leave or enter the battlefield or its controllerís control.

Phasing no longer causes oject to leave or enter the battlefield. It doesn't go to any other zone. It just stays on the battlefield, but is treated as though it doesn't exist.

Since it never goes anywhere it can't trigger any leaves the battlefield triggered abilities either.
